Meet The clinic Founder

Lou Fratto

Lou Fratto is a name that resonates with excellence in the field of physical therapy in his home town of Delray Beach, Florida.

Meet Lou Fratto, MSPT, MTC

Lou Fratto is the founder of Delray Care Physical Therapy and a leading expert in active aging, performance longevity, and helping adults stay strong, mobile, and independent as they age.

For more than 27 years, Lou has helped thousands of people overcome pain, restore movement, avoid unnecessary surgery, and continue participating in the activities they love. His approach combines extensive clinical expertise with a deep understanding of what it takes to remain active, resilient, and thriving throughout life.

A longtime Delray Beach resident, Lou’s passion for physical therapy began as a child when he accompanied his father to physical therapy appointments. He witnessed firsthand how the right care helped his father return to the activities he loved and dramatically improved his quality of life. That experience left a lasting impression and inspired Lou to dedicate his life to helping others do the same.

After years of working within traditional healthcare systems, Lou became increasingly frustrated by insurance-driven limitations that often prevented clinicians from providing the level of care patients deserved.

Why Is Lou Fratto Known As The Leading Physical Therapist In Delray Beach, Florida

Lou has earned his glowing reputation through his unwavering tenacity to his patients’ wellbeing. With years of specialized training and a holistic approach to rehabilitation, Lou has successfully helped countless individuals regain their mobility and live pain-free lives.

When Lou was a child, he was brought along to his father’s physical therapist appointments and witnessed first-hand the profound difference that it made in his life. His father was an active person and is still in good shape now. His PT helped him get back to the activities and hobbies that he loved. Lou saw not only his father getting back to his activities, but the difference that it made to his life and happiness.

It left a deep impact on him and entered into this profession for the same reasons. Initially, he worked for somebody else and being employed by larger corporations led him to being frustrated with the insurance world, and the increasing dominance of insurance, in terms of treatment and telling clinicians what they can and can’t do for people. This was having a negative impact on him and patients.

He decided to start his own clinic, with the intention of providing people with a space where they can be heard and listened to, where clinicians are experts in what they do, but also love their profession. This was a driving point to help make the world a better place one person at a time with Delray Care Physical Therapy. His work is reflective of that and doing physical therapy for countless years has left thousands of people engaging in their daily activities and flourishing in their life. He takes immense pride in his work and delivers quality service to all patients that walk through his door.
