  • This facility was a pleasurable and productive experience. It’s one on one service, never a wait, extremely comfortable, meticulous but most importantly - very knowledgeable of the body part and surrounding anatomy. I have visited and spent a lot of time in physical therapy facilities both in New York and in Florida and this by far surpasses all the years/decades visiting other facilities. It was truly a wonderful experience and I will return if I ever need therapy again.

  • Posting for my husband - Lou was referred by my orthopedic surgeon after having a total shoulder replacement. (Dr Howard Routman with whom Lou has worked with for over 20 years) He was very professional. He's one on one, there were no other patients scheduled at my time (as some therapists can bounce from patient to patient). He took his time from the minute I walked in, explaining what he was doing and what was expected from me (my home work). I completed 11 sessions with him, as yes I did do my homework religiously and can honestly say he has helped me get to a point of putting my arm above my head without any pain. I will continue to do the exercises he's shown me to get to my fullest range of motion. BTW - Dr Routman was excellent!

  • I went to Lou with walking, balance and pain issues. I don’t like going to most places but l like going there. Susan and Paulette at the desk will make you comfortable and welcome unlike so many professional offices. Lou very expertly dealt with my current conditions while training me to prepare for the progressive complications of Parkinson’s Disease. With his treatments and training he got me to see my kid and grand kid catch fish. I couldn’t have done that without him.

  • Suffering from neck pain, back pain and chronic headaches, I expected to be facing surgery. However, working with Lou Fratto gave me all the tools needed to alleviate and avoid the pain I was experiencing. Lou and Susan are professionals yet have always welcomed me as if we had been friends for a long time. This provided for a feeling of ease and comfort -a necessary precursor for the success of any one’s physical training.

  • Lou and Susan were recommended to me as miracle workers and they are. I have been planning a trip to Paris with my friends, and I have had some back and hip issues that were causing me to worry if I would make the trip. Lou's unique way of helping has brought relief. I went on the trip, brought my cane but had a great time. If you have spinal stenosis and and have been considering surgery, give Lou a shout out, how can it hurt?
