Meet Denise
With a rich background in dance, including ballet, contemporary, and even the NBA, Denise brings a unique blend of experience and passion to her yoga practice. As both a dancer and yoga instructor, she understands movement deeply and is committed to helping you thrive.
Denise’s journey has included overcoming physical challenges, including injury, surgery, and rehabilitation (with our own Lou Fratto). This firsthand experience gives her a compassionate approach to teaching, focusing on gentle, effective methods that support healing and resilience.
To Denise, yoga is more than just physical exercise—it’s a holistic practice that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. She believes yoga empowers people to stay healthy, vibrant, and ready to fully enjoy the activities they love.
